Currently there are three employees dedicated to park operations. When needed, additional staff from the District are available on a part-time basis.

Staff
Alan Frierson, Park Coordinator
Alan is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of at the park. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business from Southern Arkansas University and interned with Daniels Veterinary Service from January 2009–December 2009. Alan worked in a family-owned business overseeing rough stock herds for rodeo productions. He is a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association, Professional Cowboy Association, and Suwannee River Riding Club. He was a member of the Collegiate Wrangler All-Star team from 2001–2005, High school Wrangler All-Star team 2001–2005, and named outstanding male athlete at Southern Arkansas University in 2006.
Pennie Flickinger, Administrative Assistant

Pennie provides administrative services for the board of directors and park staff. She comes to the ranch with over thirteen years of administrative experience working for the Lafayette County School Board. She is a native Floridian and has lived in Lafayette County for over 25 years.

Brianne Hoover, Marketing and Events Coordinator


The R.O. would like to welcome Brianne Hoover to the staff.  Her background includes being an active 4H Leader and alumni, involvement in United States Pony Club, Stable Management, and riding instructor.  Her career background includes being a certified Firefighter, Animal Control & Cruelty Officer, and Emergency Management Director.  Here at the RO Ranch, Brianne's duties will include coordination of equestrian activities, private events such as weddings, receptions, meetings and most general activities on The Ranch.  She will head-up event advertising and marketing for the park.  Please contact Brianne to schedule your event or for general event information.  She can be reached by phone or email.    RORANCHEVENTS@gmail.com     850-371-4310 cell/texts  or leave a message for her at the main number for the Ranch.
