Tennille Trailhead

The Tennille Trailhead provides access to a three-mile (one way) trail from Tennille to Steinhatchee Falls. This trail is scheduled to open to equestrian activities by April 1, 2008.

Future Plans

A visitor's center, 30-unit RV campground, and covered arena are currently under development and should be open for use by October 2009. Long-range plans include additional camping facilities, cabins, stables, and a cross-country course.

New trails are constantly being developed, including a challenging 20-mile Steinhatchee River trail. This trail will follow the river from the park to Steinhatchee Falls.
